Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange if the product meets our standard exchange conditions.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days.
  • Exchange allowed for the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or quality issues.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Exchange depends on stock availability.
  • Each item can be exchanged only once.

EXCHANGE NOT ALLOWED

Certain products are restricted for exchange due to hygiene, usage, or policy rules.

  • Discounted, sale, or promotional items.
  • Full-priced items during storewide sales.
  • Stitched unstitched items.
  • M. Luxe Fabric.
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items.
  • Missing tags/labels/packaging.
  • Accessories (if applicable).

EXCHANGE VALUE POLICY

Exchanges must be made with items of equal or higher value.

  • Exchange allowed with equal or higher value products.
  • Additional payment required for higher-value items.

IF STOCK NOT AVAILABLE

If the requested size/design is unavailable, customers must select an alternative product.

  • Money refund will not be issued for unavailable sizes/designs.
  • Customers must choose another item of equal or higher value.
  • Additional payment required for higher-value items.

EXCHANGE PROCESS (BANGLADESH)

Customers may exchange online purchases through online requests or outlet support.

  • Exchange available online or at the nearest outlet.
  • Depends on stock availability.
  • No delivery charge for exchange shipments.
  • Exchange delivery takes 7–10 days.

EXCHANGE PROCESS (INTERNATIONAL)

International customers must process exchange within Bangladesh upon product return.

  • Exchange only at Maria B Bangladesh outlets.
  • Customers staying in Bangladesh may request home-delivery exchange.
  • No charges apply if the item is brought by hand.
  • Items cannot be exchanged at Maria B outlets abroad.
  • Family/friends may bring items to Bangladesh for exchange.
  • Courier-sent items from abroad require customer-paid shipping/customs.
  • Exchange allowed with equal/higher value items only.
  • Alternative product selection required if stock is unavailable.
